Antique Japanese Hand Painted, Gold Gilt, and Moriage Chocolate Pot Set. Features Pot, Lid, 4 Cups and 4 Saucers. Cups measure 3" high by 2-1/2" mouth diameter.

Vintage Hand Painted Floral, Gold Gilt, and Moriage Chocolate Tea Coffee Pot with lid, 4 cups and 4 saucers. Lovely flowers with beaded centers adorn this piece which is highly sculpted with an ornate handle.

No Maker Mark other than the stamp Made in Japan on the bottom of the pot and saucers. Provenance: This was owned by my great grandparents.

It has been safely packed up since the 1960's and unfortunately forgotten until my parents recently moved and was found again. It is time for someone to cherish this again like it had been in the past. Condition: See phots of all pieces.

10 Piece Chocolate Pot Set. The Pot and its Lid are in EXCELLENT CONDITION. Terrific Vivid color, no chips, no scratches, no cracks, Moriage in great shape. One of the four cups has an extremally teeny tiny chip at the rim but is othersei in excellent condition- see photo. The Other three are in excellent condition and all have great color with no cracks, no stains, and the Moriage is without wear.

Three of the Saucers are in Excellent condition no cracks, no chips, no stains, and vivid color. One saucer has a large piece missing (occurred decades ago). I almost thought to not include it but figured it still functioned so I would as it makes a complete set.

The price takes this broken saucer into account. A beautiful set of 3 or 4 settings! Marked Md in Japan under the Pot and the saucers. However, you MUST return it in the same condition you received it. It has been stored indoors in a conditioned room and without pets and smoking or other odors as part of my mothers collection.
