What a pretty collection of 6 tea cups and saucers, by E. The tea cups are marked V2319. The base color is a soft ivory, and the design is hand-painted in great detail, a profusion of multi-color flowers and gold curlicues, geometric patterns, and gilding along the edges and bases of the tea cups.

The bases are marked EB & Co Foley China English Bone China Made in England. In terms of damage, I see only one cup has two cracks but it still holds liquids, and I attached a couple pictures in close-up of this one.

There are no other chips or cracks to report, no discoloration or staining of the insides. Very minimal gold loss to the gilding around the cup rims and handles.

There is rubbing to the hand-painted design here and there, some fleabites along the cup rims that I can feel with my finger, but I would have expected more wear out of a set from this time period. The saucers are 5 1/4" across, the tea cups are 2 3/4" tall.
