Coalport Gilded Japanese Grove Fluted Demitasse Cabinet Cup & Saucer, 3 of 3

  

This is one of three Coalport Japanese Grove demitasse cups and saucers I have online. This one has a fluted design to both saucer and cup, as can be seen. Saucer is 9.0cm from point to point, cup stands 4.2cm high. Interestingly the centre of the saucer is slightly smaller than the other fluted one listed, and the cup has a smaller base. There is a flaw to the edge of the saucer I have tried to show, and on close inspection it appears to be partially underglazed so may well be from manufacture.
