The cup is quatrafoil shaped on top and blown out and puffy on the bottom. It has a fancy, rococo style handle. The ground color is cobalt blue. Elaborately hand gilded with two colored raised gold. The front of the cup has a hand painted scene of cupid with his quiver of arrows, preparing an attack on some love sick victim.
