Both are extensively damaged, although the cups painted panel is intact apart from minor damage to corner. The mark was used on their high-quality porcelain during the late Empire and Restoration periods, roughly between 1810 and 1828. 21 likely referred to their store or workshop at that address within the Palais Royal, a famous Parisian arcade. The factory and its history.
