Royal Crown Derby'Gold Aves' Tea Cup & Saucer

  

Hand decorated in 22 carat gold, the Aves pattern is adapted from an embroidery pattern by painter, Albert Gregory, it is elegantly designed to be a statement pattern, adorned with dramatic birds of paradise and peacocks. The original Avesbury pattern has appeared on Royal Crown Derby's luxury tableware since 1932. The photographs do not do this stunning tea cup & saucer justice.

Cup - diameter 9.3cm - height 6cm. Saucer - diameter 14.7cm. There is a scratch through the base stamp which makes these seconds, there will be a slight imperfection. There are no chips, cracks or restoration.
