19thC Alexander II Imperial Russian Porcelain Cup & Saucer, Blue, Gold, Roses

  

Russian Tea Cup & Saucer decorated with floral painting on a white background between alternate deep blue panels, all embellished with gold highlights. Dating to the 19th century, the backstamp dates this set to between 1885 and 1881.

Imperial Porcelain - produced at the St Petersburg Factory for Alexander II. The cup measures 7.5 cm diameter by 7 cm high and the saucer measures 15 cm in diameter. Excellent Condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. This is a super set. See images for actual item.
