Tea Cup and Saucer Attractive cabinet cup in burgundy featuring lots of gold gilt filigree, featuring a hand painted cabbage rose bouquet (transferred pattern with hand applied enameled accents) signed by noted artist JA BAILEY. Both trimmed in bright gold gilt. A bold and beautiful set!
