18pc. Cobalt Blue LIMOGES Porcelain ramekin custard cup saucer salad plate lot

  
Up for sale is an antique collection (lot) of Jean Pouyat cobalt Flow Blue Limoges porcelain china, with heavy 24 k gold gilt. Collection includes two different sets: 6 ramekin or custard cups with saucers in a " Lily of the Valley"- like pattern, and 6 salad or bread plates with Snowflake ornament in the center. Both sets are marked J. We're not sure of the proper name for the shape of this cups, though we can easily think of a many different ways to use these, from appetizers to an elegant deserts.

Dimensions: the cups are 4" in diameter x 1-5/8" tall (10.02 cm x 4 cm); the saucers are 5-3/8" in diameter (13.5 cm); the salad plates are 7-1/2" , or 19 cm in diameter. Condition: The custard cups & saucers are in Excellent, No damage condition with minor wear on gold gilt consistent with age and use. The 3 of 6 salad plates have more wear on Snowflake , and one of six plates have a slightly lighter blue color (noticeable on bright light).
