The empire design is a shape that was produced by Nantgarw. Measures Tea Cup 3 & 3/4 or 9.5cm diameter / 2 & 1/2" or 6.5cm height Saucer 5 & 3/4" or 14.5cm diameter Coffee Cup 3 & 1/8" or 8cm diameter 3 & 1/2" or 9cm height Weight 460 gms Condition. The Trio is in good condition. This trio is priced less than our other ones available commensurate with age related wear and a couple of minor non detractable imperfections.

We note that the pieces are finely crazed. The teacup has wear to the exterior gold gilt vines on one side.

There is no wear to the other side. The coffee cup has small rim hairline and some minor gilt wear.

The saucer has some gilt wear to the edge of the rim and no damage that can be seen. On the rear you can see 2 very tiny faint hairline on the rim area on the a star hairline. These can not be seen at the front. My reference cup number 3 Please see images for further inspection. Photographs can be supersized to see this incredible trio and the minimal wear commensurate with age.
