Haviland Limoges Pink Rose Green & Gold Schleiger 847 Bouillon Cup & Saucer D Beautiful porcelain bouillon cup and saucer in the ranson blank. Nicely decorated in a variant of the Schleiger 847 pattern with large pink roses. With double gold gilding and green along the edge. Gold gilt daubs along the bottom of the cup and clouded gilding to the handle. Marked on the bottom Theodore Haviland Limoges France in red.

This mark was used between 1903 and 1925. It also also marked J Seth Hopkins & Co Baltimore. Seth Hopkins was a porcelain importer in Baltimore. They changed their name to J.

Seth Hopkins - Mansfield in 1904. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks. The cup measures approximately 5 inches wide from handle to handle x 2 inches tall. The saucer measures approximately 5 1/2 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
