Donovan of Dublin imported blanks from Staffordshire and then had his painters in Belfast paint the designs on the blanks. This mark dates around 1790 around 1800 they changed the mark on the back of their plates. This information comes from "marks and monograms on pottery and porcelain" by Litchfield, Hobson and Brinkmann. But these Georgeous little cups are very old and very rare.
