Old Paris Porcelain Hand Painted Floral & Gold Breakfast Cup & Saucer C1830-1850

  
Decorated with hand painted pink roses and flowers in white, purple, red, blue, and yellow with gold gilt flowers, dots, and scrollwork. Heavy gold band along the inside of the cup. Unmarked except for some incised piece worker's marks typical of Old Paris porcelain. Probably circa 1830 to 1850. Has some wear to the gilding, a small flake to the bottom of the handle, a Y shaped hairline to the bottom of the cup, and a tight Y shaped crack to the center of the saucer near the foot rim. The cup measures approximately 5 3/8 inches wide including the handle x 2 7/8 inches tall.
