A scarce Royal Albert trio or cup, saucer and plate, the pattern number is 1097, there is not a lot of this around particularly with the black background. The set is in very good condition. No chips, cracks or crazing. The cup is approx'y 6.85cm tall and approx'y 9.9cm in diameter {without the handle}.

The saucer is approx'y 14.1cm and the bread and butter is approx'y 15.5cm. A very impressive set with lots of gold decoration.
