Antique Minton Tea Cup Set Green & Gold Medallion, c1820
Striking Antique Set of 6 Cabinet Cups & Saucers Plus Bread Plate. Made in England by MINTON c1820s.
Pattern 554 - On-Trend Green & Gold colours. Green band with floral & flourish overlay, the centers with gold medallions. The exterior with a French style Lyre & Horn motifs with floral & foliated bands.
Square bread plate with pierced flourish embossed handles. Cups - 9.3cm dia and 5.5cm high. Saucers - 14.5cm dia. Plate - 24.5cm handle-handle.
Overall for its age the pieces are in very good condition. No chips, cracks or repairs and each piece rings true. There is gilt rub, rub to the pattern and light scratches.
