Exquisite Decorative Footed DEMITASSE Set of 5 CUPS & SAUCERS. DESCRIPTION: The beautiful hand decorated set of 5 demitasse cups & saucers were produced with delicate Asian scenes. Both pieces have the same colorful decoration.

The color palette used is red, green, blue, and black on white. The design looks so classic.

The most unique part of this set is the quadrofoil shape of the cup with its fancy handle. The set is scalloped and fluted.

The rims, foot, handle and verge are all trimmed in gold. This makes a beautiful display set or can be used everyday as a functional set. CONDITION: While this set is classified as used, the condition is superb. There are no chips, nicks, cracks, rubbings, scratches or hairlines. There are no utensil marks.

DIMENSIONS: The cups have a diameter of 2 1/2" with a height of 1 7/8" while the height to the top of the handle is 2 1/8. The cups have a capacity of 2 ounces each.

The deep saucers have a diameter of 4 1/2" and a height of 3/4". There is also the blue importer's mark of H. In a diamond with the label of Seattle U.
