Hello, you are purchasing a vintage porcelain Theodore Haviland Limoges France soup boullion/double handle tea cup/saucer set. This is a very very early piece with "patent applied for" stamped in red on bottom. It has unique beautiful and intricate etching (resembles lace or frills near the rim of the cup)in the porcelain on both pieces. I believe this is the double gold rose design(view photos to determine yourself). There may be slight wear to the design in places as it is a very old piece.
