Antique COALPORT England Demitasse Cup & Saucer Gold Gilt Ovington Brothers
This listing is for a stunning Coalport English porcelain scalloped demitasse cup and saucer. Both pieces are decorated with beautiful 24 K gold background embellishment and powder blue background.
Gold designs are beautiful with raised embellishments. The cup has an ornate handle embellished with gold gilding. Marked with green Coalport stamp - also marked in a circle around the green mark in red reads "Ovington Brothers Brooklyn".
Coalport porcelain has always been highly acclaimed for the quality of the china as well as for their artistic designs. Saucer measures 4-3/4 inches in diameter, cup measures 2-1/4 x 2 inches.
