Limoges Ancienne Manufacture Royale Fleurs Des Champs DemiTasse Cup Set. Wildflowers Historic Cup and Saucer or Aux Fleurs des Champs by Ancienne Manufacture Royale Limoges.

The original was made around 1790, and is housed in the National Adrien Dubouché Museum in Limoges, France. The naturalism found in the design of this cup is surprisingly free, thus demonstrating a desire to modernize its style.

The gray background, extremely rare in ceramics, reinforces its originality. Very good, only used as a cabinet display.
